Wholesale Account Requirement

In order, to be an approved wholesaler, we require that you have a brick and mortar store or a fully operating website.  

You will be required to supply us with a copy of your original Retail Sales Tax Permit.  We have provided a link on the application where you can upload a copy or you can email it to orders.baxterandmewholesale@yahoo.com
