Refund policy

Any claim for defective merchandise must be reported to Baxter & Me within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. Due to the nature of wood, natural variations may occur from piece to piece and should be expected. Baxter & Me does not accept returns on first quality merchandise for any reason.
